Alexandria Cleopatra -Borg El Arab University Hospital Donation

On Thursday, June 6, 2024, under the slogan “Shine a Light,”Alexandria Cleopatra IW Club, led by Soheir Fahmy and honorary secretary Doaa Hamdy, donated 42,000 EGP to the Borg El Arab University Hospital’s Oncology Centre at Alexandria University. This donation will fund surgery for a child suffering from cancer. Dr. Youssef El Hamami sent a letter of thanks to members.

I extend my gratitude to all club members and pray that God accepts our good deeds.

Alexandria Mediterranean Club – Literacy Classes Donation

Alexandria Mediterranean Club.

The Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria Mediterranean, led by President Dr. Eman Shafshak, Honorary Secretary Shadia El-Dereini, and Treasurer Soheir El-Fouly, visited the literacy class established by the club to monitor and motivate the learners. In celebration of Eid al-Adha, the club distributed cash amounts to the learners for purchasing meat for the holiday. A total of 8,000 EGP was distributed, with each woman receiving 400 EGP. This event took place on Sunday, June 9, 2024, and was attended by club members Nelly Mounir, Salwa John, and Soheir El-Fouly.

IW Of Al Minya Club – Tuition fees Donation

IW Of Al Minya Club.

Under the slogan ‘Shine a Light,’ the Innerwell Club in Minya, Egypt, led by Mrs. Hoda Fathi and Mrs. Iman Shalaby, covered the tuition fees for students who couldn’t afford to pay.
This initiative enables students who previously couldn’t obtain a bachelor’s degree at Minya College of Engineering to fulfill their potential by obtaining their degree, allowing them to participate in the labor market.

IW Of Philadelphia Club – King Hussein Cancer Center

IW Of Philadelphia Club.

On the occasion of the approaching of Eid Al-Adha and in response to the needs of King Hussein Cancer Center, the Inner Wheel Club of Philadelphia donated the price of a Play Station device to the rooms of children with marrow transplant while they are isolated to receive treatment.

Philadelphia Club continues to support all.

Cairo West IWC – El-Nas Hospital Seedlings Donation

Cairo West IWC.

Continuing the initiatives undertaken by the Innerwheel Club of Cairo West under the logo “Shine A Light,” and in alignment with the national and international projects for District 95 (Egypt and Jordan) aimed at combating climate change and limiting global warming to ensure a safe environment, our esteemed club has successfully supplied and planted 700 seedlings in a garden affiliated with the Ministry of Environment in the New Cairo area.

Additionally, we provided 200 seedlings to El-Nas Hospital, which were planted in a designated garden for its patients.

We also supplied and planted another 200 seedlings at Hospital 57357, around its walls, fence, and in a garden for the sick children.

The total cost of this project was 65,000 Egyptian pounds.

With these efforts, we have completed all of our planned projects for this Innerwheel year.

IW Of Alexandria Cleopatra Club – Eid Al-Adha Donation

On Saturday, June 15, 2024, in observance of the Day of Arafat and under the slogan “Shine a Light,” the Alexandria Cleopatra IW Club distributed 250 meals, amounting to a total of 18,750 EGP, in celebration of the blessed Eid Al-Adha. May God accept our good deeds.

With the theme “Shed Light,” Didi Sourani, President of Garden City IWC made a visit to the 57357 Cancer Hospital on April 22nd, donating 20,000 pounds. The donation supports both the hospital and the club-named room within it, forming part of the club’s annual contribution to sustainable projects.

Zamalek IWC – girls’ training facility

Zamalek IWC.
On April 29, 2024, Mrs. Sanaa Al-Malwani president of Zamalek IW Club started launching a girls’ training facility in 6th of October City, with the goal of empowering women.

The initiative cost 439 thousand Egyptian pounds and marks the inaugural production day of the factory, introducing modern manufacturing techniques in detailing and sewing to provide women with opportunities to enter the workforce.

Zamalek IWC
Led by Mrs. Sanaa Al-Malwani, Zamalek IW Club donated 69,300 thousand pounds to Al-Shabrawishi Hospital’s “Blood Bank” on December 20, 2023.
The contribution aimed to support patients by facilitating treatment and providing essential medications for their urgent medical requirements.

Zamalek IWC – “Empowering Female Breadwinners & qualifying them for the labor market.” project

Zamalek IWC
Zamalek IW Club’s new project for the year 2024 is “Empowering Female Breadwinners & qualifying them for the labor market.”President Sana Milwani announced that the project aims to raise awareness, provide training, and support female breadwinners in their professional skills for entry into the job market. The project also focuses on assisting these women in establishing and managing small projects for sustainable income. & overseeing the implementation of the project, which includes setting up a 400-square-meter workshop and organizing global technological conferences for youth to enhance their job prospects, so they can keep pace with the current labor market.
IW Zamalek purchased the machines at a cost of 400 thousand pounds, in addition to purchasing the workshop’s production supplies& training expenses.
