1. Ayadi el Mostakbal Cancer Hospital: 2005-2020
IWC of Alexandria East supported Ayadi El Mostaqbal Cancer Hospital for fifteen years by donating the following:
A- Medical Equipment on a yearly basis
B- Coverage of the cost of Chemotherapy treatment for needy patients.
C- Furnishing patient rooms.

2. Integrated Care Association 2000-2020
IWC of Alexandria East continues to support the Integrated Care Association for over 20 years by donating the following:
A- Dialysis Machines
B- Mammography Machines
C- Establishing a Nursery for needy children
D- Water Filters and Water Pumps

3. Rashida el Hakee Association for Integrated disability 2000-2020
IWC of Alexandria East continues to support the Rashida el Hakee Association for over 20 years as follows:
A- Establishing a Center for The Physically Disabled needy children
B- Yearly donations to ensure their continuity of service.
