• IWC of Sphinx a sponsored a patient at the Bahia Breast Cancer Foundation through a Health guarantee program for the second year in a row since 2018.
• IWC of Sphinx is committed to helping young children going through severe medical distress through its yearly donations to Abu Rawash Hospital for ongoing operations for children since 2013.
• IWC of Sphinx through its outreach program reaching out to governorates in different locations in Egypt committed to a full renovation project consisting of renewing and replacing the emergency laboratories of Beni Suweif University Hospital since 2018.
• IWC of Sphinx oragnizes a yearly clothing exhibition for students at the Faculty of Music Education in Zamalek at reduced prices. The proceeds are allocated annually as needed to the benefit of the students who are unable to pay these expenses. This project was started in 2011 and has been ongoing for the eleventh year in a row.\
