With pride and honor… As the Nedaa Association for Deaf and Hearing Impaired Children is one of the sustainable projects of the Inner Wheel Club of El Nile.
Mrs. Magda Fahmy, a member of the club and the chairperson of the association’s board of directors of Nedaa,had signed a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Nedaa Association for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children.
The Ministry issued the following statement:

Al-Qabbah witnesses the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children

Mrs. Nevin Al-Qabbah, Minister of Social Solidarity, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry and the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, regarding ensuring the quality of education and rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children who use hearing aids and cochlear implants in kindergartens and earlier in the age period from birth to 8 years.

The protocol was signed by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Mr. Ayman Abdel Mawgod, Assistant Minister for Civil Society Institutions Affairs, and by the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, Mrs. Magda Ahmed Fahmy, Chairperson of the Association’s Board of Directors.

The signing of the protocol comes within the framework of the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s care for people with disabilities and out of its keenness to provide all services to them through professional and psychological evaluation and conducting scientific measurements according to the specifics of each case. In addition to launching a training program to prepare specialized cadres in the field of rehabilitating deaf and blind children.

12/4/2021 – Mrs. Mona Aref, Chairman of district 95 Egypt & Jordan accompanied the IWC of El Nile , in the presence of Mrs.Omnia Hanna, Vice President of IWC EL Nile, and Mrs. Mona Abul-Fotouh, Honorary Secretary of the district , and also as a member of the Nile Club, visited *Tawasul Association*, which is located

In Ezbet Khayrallah, Masr El Qadima, where it has a school for community education. The school provides high-quality educational service for 200 students who drop out of education. It also has a craft education center to train students (carpentry – crochet – embroidery – weaving – Khayameya – beads) that suits their abilities.

Technical activities are also provided to students (theater – choral – circus – parade – folklore), and the association supports students by providing school uniforms and stationery and provides daily meals (breakfast – lunch ) with weekly health care and a weekly cash incentive for these students, which is considered one of the factors of attraction .The school helps to not dropping out of education due to the difficult economic and social conditions for the people of the region who resort to enrolling their children at work at an early age to support the family economically and the inability to afford school fees

The association official took us on an inspection tour to learn about the association’s activities. We also visited an exhibition of the association’s products made by male and female students, which are beautiful, high-quality and tasteful products. The visit won everyone’s admiration and praised the association’s approach to developing students ’abilities to practice their artistic identities and handicrafts alongside school studies and at the conclusion of the visit the IWC EL Nile donated 30,000 EGP, in appreciation and support of the association’s activities.

IWC of Nile accompanied by Mona Aref D95 chairman visited the Cardiac & Intensive care Department at El Demerdash Hospital

28/3/2021 – The IWC of El Nile accompanied by Mrs. Mona Aref, Chairman of District 95, Egypt and Jordan, and in the presence of Mrs. Nabila Galal, President of the club, and club members, Amina Nassar and Maha Abul-Fotouh, visited the Cardiac and Intensive Care Department at El Demerdash Hospital at Ain Shams University. The ladies were received by Dr. Nabil Farag, Head of the Cardiac Department.  The club donated a check of 150,000 pounds and 10,000 cash to buy cardiac trauma devices and to help develop the intensive care of the cardiac department.

IWC of El Nile donating to perform an operation to a child to correct congenital heart deficit.

9/1/2021 – Under the IIW slogan “Lead the Change”, the honorary secretary of IW club of El Nile, Mrs. Amina Nassar, on behalf of herself and on behalf of Mrs. Nabila Galal, the president and the members, donated to perform a surgery to correct a congenital heart defect for a 7 years old child at Abu El-Rish Children’s Hospital .The operation was performed with gratitude by Professor Amal Al-Sisi, Professor of Pediatric Surgery at Faculty of Medicine at the Cairo University …
The IWC El Nile members will follow up on the child’s health status until She is completely cured.

IWC of Nile donation To Nidaa Association

22/12/2020 – In realization of the slogan “Lead the Change” the Ladies of IWC of El-Nile made a donation to Nidaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hearing disabled Children, for an amount of five thousand pound and 7000 pounds to buy a hearing aid to a girl to communicate naturally with those surrounding her.
Since the ladies of IWC of El Nile believe in the importance of helping children with disabilities build a full and happy life so that they could be productive members of society in the future.

IWC of Nile Donated a check to Abbasia Fever Hospital

Realizing the slogan of “Lead the change” and contributing to solidarity and assistance with medical staff in their humanitarian mission in serving patients.
Mrs. Nabila Galal, President of Inner Wheel Club of Nile, on her own behalf and on behalf of the club’s members, visited the Abbasia Fever Hospital to donate EGP 43750 to purchase the frontier 5706 device required to treat hospital inmates.

IWC of Nile donated the cost of a heart operation to close an arterial connection through Cardiac Catheterization at Abou El Reesh Cairo University Hospital.
The surgery was performed on a very young child.
