The IWC of Lotus Misr, in cooperation with the Eye Diseases Research Institute in Giza, performed cataract operation.

The Inner Wheel Club of Lotus Misr, in cooperation with a number of Rotary Clubs of Egypt and in cooperation with the Eye Diseases Research Institute in Giza, performed 100 cataract eye surgeries in the period from December 15-18 at Aswan Opohyhalmology  Hospital to serve the people of Nasr al-Nuba, West Aswan, Kom Ombo and Adandan
Inner wheel  Club of lotus Misr has contributed to carry out 20 water operations for the people

IWC of Lotus planted 2000 fruitful olive trees in Mahrousa, in the Al-Salam area.

Upon the recommendations of the IIW and in line with D95 Chairman Nora Fayek initiative

Inner Wheel Club of Lotus headed by Nabila Omran, On Monday, January 2, planted 2000 fruitful olive trees in Mahrousa, in the Al-Salam area.

This is within the framework of preserving the environment in our beloved Egypt to confront climate changes and as a contribution to increasing green spaces in our beloved Egypt

IWC of Lotus Misr Shared UN Women in training and employing girls in the culinary arts

Inner wheel Lotus Misr headed by / Nabila Omran Shared the UN women “ In training and employing girls in the culinary arts “The duration of the course is 32 hours divided into 8 lectures for 8 days and the duration of training per day is 4 hours, for 20 women or girls starting from the age of 18 to the age of 25.

First, technical and practical training in culinary arts.Second, life skills training (Career guidance)

This program has been increased by “UN Women “The company and Inner Wheel Club of Lotus Misr will hire female trainees with a monthly return based on the needs of hotels and the most famous chains of restaurants offered in Egypt

IWC of Lotus Misr at Mountain Village Atsa Center

On Tuesday, October 18,2022

IWC of Lotus Misr headed by Nabila Omran Visiting the “Mountain village” in Fayoum, Atsa Center, to inspect the homes and the needs of the people there. A bag, sports clothes, school supplies were distributed to the students at the school, and birthday cakes and foodstuffs were distributed to the families.

In collaboration with  Ministry of Health, IWC of Lotus Misr had arranged and prepared a blood donation campaign along with a Mobile medical unit in Beaulaq Abou El Ella, in an attempt to help the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
IWC of Lotus Misr together with El Orman Organization, have signed a protocol to rehabilitate a house in Mazoura Village. Total cost 60.000. EGP

Inner Wheel Club of Lotus Misr , headed by Nazik El Alfi & HS Mrs Nabila Omran in collaboration with Dr. Farouk ElBaz Foundation had the pleasure opening 4 classes to eradicate illiteracy for workers at:
1. Gezira Sporting Club (Zamalek)
2. Geziera Sporting Club ( 6 October branch)
3. Helwan District
4. Heliopolis Sporting Club
In respect of the huge success of the outcome, the club members decided to go for three more classes in various locations as a step towards better education and life for all.

Inner Wheel Club of Lotus sponsored two teaching classes “as a part of the plan” to help eradicate illiteracy in collaboration with Farouk El Baz Organization.

The first class is in the Helwan area and the second class will be in the Gezira  Sporting Club for the illiterate workers.

IWC of Lotus Misr visited 4 orphanages on Ramadan & Blessed Eid El Fitr

On the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan, Inner Wheel Club of  Lotus Misr headed by Nazik Al-Alfi, with Nabila Omran the honorary secretary and the participation of the club’s members, to purchase about 235  of Ramadan cartons.

On the blessed Eid Al-Fitr approach, Inner Wheel club of Misr visited 4 orphanages.

They first visited “Dr. Ismail Salam’s home” in Shubra Al-Khima to discuss their requirements. They reported their need for deep freezers and clothes for the children, who number about 70 children, boys, and girls. They were provided with these requests.

Then they visited “ Dar Helmena ” in Imbaba and bought new clothes for all the children, who number about 63 children, boys, and girls.

Also ,”Dar the Good people of Egypt” for homeless children was visted and provided them with new clothes for the Eid about 25 gorls .

Then, a visit to the house of “Mashar in Ezbet Al-Nakhl” and the girls were given new clothes for the Eid, about 12 girls.
