Inner Wheel Club D95

Giza Club.

Giza IW Club organized a Christmas Celebration Party on December 23rd.

Ms. Mona Gemaie, the Club President, and Ms. Mona Abo El-Fotoh, the District 95 chairman attended the celebration.

The party was brimming with joy, happiness, and friendship. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Al-Rahma Center, which supports challenged children.

As the year draws to a close, we extend our warm wishes to everyone for a happy new year.

GIZA Club :-

Under the slogan “Shine a Light”, and in the presence of District chairman Ms. Mona Abu Al-Futuh – Inner Wheel Club of Giza – headed by President Ms. Mona Gemeia, participated in the event held by the Inner Wheel Club of Al-Gizera , at the “Nahdet Al-Mansouria Association” to celebrate the graduation of girls who studied sewing, as well as students taking literacy classes. The Inner Wheel members also enjoyed the display of clothes sewed by the girls and admired the handicrafts produced by the association.

The efforts to empower women, believing in their important role in society was a very fruitful effort.

collaborated with other club members visited Bahia Hospital in Sheikh Zayed. This visit coincided with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.

It featured a seminar highlighting the comprehensive support provided by the hospital to cancer patients, including early detection, treatment, ongoing psychological assistance, and support for small-scale projects for those in need. The seminar ended with a demonstration of early self-detection techniques for breast cancer.

Zamalek Club

Within the scope of implementing the Innerwheel Foundation goals this year ” Save the Earth ” to Brighten Lives for the Future, 4 Clubs of District 95 planted 10 ” Cassia nodosa” trees, renowned as large, spreading densly branched palm, in the Play Ground of the Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 (CCHE), Aiming to secure lasting shade and regular source of oxygen within a clean environment.

The Four Innerwheel Clubs

Zamalek, Cairo North, El-Giza, and Sharm El-Sheikh together enjoyed spending quality time with the Hospital Children’s and staff members.

On October 26,

Mrs. Nora Fayek, Chairman of District 95 Egypt and Jordan, visited the Inner Wheel Club of Giza at the Egyptian Diplomatic Club, in the presence of Mrs. Hala Hagrass, Past District Chairman, and Mrs.Azza Al Mofti, the honorary Secretary.

Mrs. Janine Doss, President of IWC of Giza, welcomed the distinguished guests, and presented the club’s projects and future plans.

The most important projects are heart operations for children in “Abu Al Reesh Hospital” and purchase a dialysis machine.

As well as sponsoring the education of two children from “Dar Al-Fustat”, and treating patients, free from charge, in El Zomor Canal area.

Mrs. Nora Fayek in her speech expressed her deep gratitude for the club’s projects. She also noted the importance of cooperation between different IW clubs for exchanging of ideas and experiences.

On Saturday the 17th of October 2020, the members of Inner Wheel Club of Giza arranged a cultural visit to Barron Empain Palace, which has recently undergone renovations. The group also visited the Jewish synagogue at downtown Cairo.
Mrs.Hala Hagrass , Vice Chairman District 95 Egypt and Jordan, Mrs. Mona Abo-Elfettoh honorary secretary D95, the Past National Representative ,Mrs. Affaf Maged and our very own Mrs. Nadia Al Mikati attented the trip.
It was a very intellectual and informative trip with the thorough explanation of Mrs. Khadiga Lotfy our tourist guide.

On Wednesday September 23, 2020 Inner Wheel club of Giza members gathered to celebrate the handover ceremony of the club at the Diplomatic Club of Al Giza.
They honored the past President Mrs. Fatmah fayed and presented a silver frame as a symbolic gift in recognition of her efforts and services and they welcomed the new President Mrs. Gihan kamel.
The event was attended by Mrs. Nadia El Mikati , the past National Representative and Mrs. Hala Hagrass the Vice Chairman, and the new board members.
Mrs Gihan Kamel gave a speech to thank the club members for trusting her, and shed the light on her plan for the year 2020-2021.
The event had in a friendly atmosphere.

On September 19,2020, Mrs. Gehan Kamel, President of the Inner Wheel club of Giza accompanied by Mrs. Hala Hagras Vice Chairman of the District 95 Egypt and Jordan, Mrs. Mona Geimeii the honorary secretary of the club, Mrs. Rime Nazih club correspondent and Dr. Amel El Sisi have planted a tree in front of Abo- ElReesh children’s hospital, in celebration of the International Day of Peace, in solidarity with all Inner Wheel clubs and accordant to the initiative of Mrs. Mona Aref Chairman of District 95, Egypt and Jordan.
