An Agreement between IWC of El Nile and Egypt Audiology Rehab Center

An agreement has been reached between IWC of  El Nile and Egypt Audiology Rehab Center to finance 10 hearing aids. It has been investigated and defined which cases are eligible for donation and distributed accordingly. The first aid was implemented on October ,10 and the second on October 25. A letter of thank you was delivered in appreciation of the club

On Monday June 14th, 2022, the Literacy Committee, consisting of the members of IWC of El Nile ,

Mrs. Mona Kamel and
Mrs. Magda Mokhtar
Attended the illiteracy eradication classes exams in Abu Nomros area in Giza, with the number 95 ladies.
Incentives were distributed to them and we wish them success and completion of the study to prep school.
IWC of El Nile thanks the fellow members of this committee for their wonderful efforts in the field of literacy throughout the year 2021-2022.

In continuation of charity work and community service, on Monday, May 9th, 2022, the Inner wheel Club of El Nile headed by Mrs. Gehad Nasser donated prosthetic limbs to 15 cases of people with mobility disabilities, with a total amount of L.E. 114,500.00. The donation of prosthetic limbs is one of the most important sustainable projects for the club.
Mrs. Gehad Nasr, the club’s president and all members extended their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Monira Kafafi for her great effort in this project over the current and previous years

With pride and honor… As the Nedaa Association for Deaf and Hearing Impaired Children is one of the sustainable projects of the Inner Wheel Club of El Nile.
Mrs. Magda Fahmy, a member of the club and the chairperson of the association’s board of directors of Nedaa,had signed a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Nedaa Association for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children.
The Ministry issued the following statement:

Al-Qabbah witnesses the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children

Mrs. Nevin Al-Qabbah, Minister of Social Solidarity, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry and the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, regarding ensuring the quality of education and rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children who use hearing aids and cochlear implants in kindergartens and earlier in the age period from birth to 8 years.

The protocol was signed by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Mr. Ayman Abdel Mawgod, Assistant Minister for Civil Society Institutions Affairs, and by the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, Mrs. Magda Ahmed Fahmy, Chairperson of the Association’s Board of Directors.

The signing of the protocol comes within the framework of the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s care for people with disabilities and out of its keenness to provide all services to them through professional and psychological evaluation and conducting scientific measurements according to the specifics of each case. In addition to launching a training program to prepare specialized cadres in the field of rehabilitating deaf and blind children.

Happier Future Nursery Luxor Branch Inauguration

On Sunday 28 October 2018, Happier Future Nursery Luxor branch was inaugurated. The Protocol of cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity states that the ministry will provide the nursery’s building and IWC will handle establishing and managing the nursery. The branch was opened by Dr. Ahmed Obaid, Undersecretary of Social Solidarity Ministry and Engineer Mustafa Saeed, Vice President of the Tiba City Authority, attended by Mr. Sayed El-Noba, Director of Educational Administration for Private Education, Mrs. Nahed Director of Vocational Training in Luxor, Eng. Mustafa El-Ham, Vice President of Tiba City Authority, and heads of associations, Khatwa, Little Pyramid and Special Needs Union along with our sons and parents.
