IW Of El Nile Club- Matareya Academic Hospital

IW Of El Nile Club.

Under the slogan “Shine a Light” and with a desire to support those in
need, the El Nile, IWC headed by Mrs. Maha Serour, donated 10,380 LE to
purchase medical supplies for Matareya Academic Hospital.

El Nile Club -Gomhorrya Academic Hospital

El Nile Club.

Under the slogan “Shine a Light” and to extend our support to hospitals,
the El Nile IW Club, led by Mrs. Maha Serour, donated 240,000 LE for the
purchase of two incubators at Gomhorrya Academic Hospital (Ahmed Maher).

El Nile Club – training female daily laborers

El Nile Club.

Under the slogan “Shine a Light” and with the aim of empowering women, the Innerwheel clubs, in collaboration with the Egypt National Council for Women and Rotary Egypt, participated in a significant training initiative on January 15th, 2024. The program trained 30 young female daily laborers in flower cultivation, arrangement, preservation, and export. Innerwheel El Nile, led by Mrs. Maha Serour, generously donated 1000 LE to support the project.

El Nile IWC – Association of Muslim Women donation

El Nile IWC
In support of empowering women for a brighter future, El Nile IW club led by Mrs. Maha Serour, contributed 10,000 Egyptian pounds to the Association of Muslim Women, overseen by Mrs. Nahed Eissa. Wishing the Association continued success and remarkable accomplishments ahead under the motto “Shine a Light.”

El Nile IWC – National Environmental Project

El Nile IWC
In alignment with the “Shine a Light” motto and in furtherance of the National Environmental Project, Inerwheel El Nile Club, led by Mrs. Maha Serour, contributed 5,000 Egyptian pounds in response to the initiative of the Inerwheel Club of Giza, spearheaded by Mrs. Mona Gemaie.

IW Of El Nile Club – PCR Reagent room at the Baheya Foundation for early detection and treatment of breast cancer donation

As a response to District chairman 95/ Egypt & Jordan Mrs. Mona
Abulfetouh’s initiative, to establish a PCR Reagent room at the Baheya
Foundation for early detection and treatment of breast cancer in Sheikh
Zayed, the El Nile IW Club, led by Mrs. Maha Serour, participated in a
visit to Baheya Hospital on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. During the visit,
donations and checks from different clubs were presented.
The Innerwheel El Nile Club successfully raised 3,915,000 Egyptian
pounds to sponsor the preparation and equipping of the PCR Reagent room.
Baheya Institution expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the
donors, sponsors, and El Nile IWC for their strong support and
successful collaboration.

IW Of El Nile Club – National Cancer Institute at Cairo University donation

IW Of El Nile Club.
On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the El Nile IW Club, led by Mrs. Maha
Serour, visited the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University. The
club donated 21,000 LE for the purchase of a polysite apparatus and ten
polysite needles. The visit was successful, with the institute staff
expressing gratitude and looking forward to ongoing cooperation in the
future. They also presented a letter of appreciation to our club. The
Inner Wheel El Nile Club and its president extend special thanks to our
treasurer, Mr. Magda Mokhtar, for organizing and attending the meeting.

IW Of El Nile Club – literacy class at El Asmarat visit

On Monday, April 1, 2024, the El Nile IW Club visited the literacy class
at El Asmarat to evaluate the students’ progress. The students underwent
individual oral and written tests to assess their comprehension of the
syllabus.
El Nile Club members congratulated the students on their progress urging
them to maintain their efforts for the upcoming final exam on May 29,
2024.
Dr. Zeinab El Ghazali and Dr. Roqaya Shalaby from the Egyptian National
Council for Women attended.
On behalf of El Nile IWC, President Mrs. Maha Serour, Treasurer Mrs.
Magda Mokhtar, and Club Secretary Mrs. Nabila Gallal were there.
At the end of the visit, snacks like kaake, biscuits, and cakes were
distributed to the students, accompanied by warm wishes for a joyful Eid
Fitr.

El Nile IWC – Ramadan meals donation

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, known for giving and
generosity, the El Nile IW club, led by Mrs. Maha Serour, distributed
charitable Ramadan provision sacks. The club donated 325 sacks totaling
LE 128,160.75.

IW Of El Nile Club – Celebrating the holy month of Ramadan and Egyptian Women’s Day

Celebrating the holy month of Ramadan and Egyptian Women’s Day under the
theme “Shine a Light,” the Innerwheel District 95 Egypt and Jordan, led
by Mrs. Mona Abul Al-Futouh , hosted an Iftar banquet on Saturday, March
16, 2024, at the Sheraton hotel.
“Through the years the Egyptian women struggled to obtain equality and
independence and remarkably succeeded on maintaining commanding position
in important sectors, nationally and internationally.

The event was graced by the presence of El Nile Club members, President
Mrs. Maha Serour, along with presidents and members from other
Innerwheel clubs and the esteemed district board. The celebration
featured captivating folkloric dances and enchanting Ramadan songs. Mrs.
Mona Abul Futuh recognized members with outstanding achievements, while
club presidents awarded the Active Honorary pin to those nominated for
their remarkable accomplishments. Mrs. Maha Serour of the Innerwheel El
Nile Club commended Mrs. Mounira Kafafi, presenting her with the Active
Honorary pin for her exceptional contributions. The club extends warm
congratulations to Mrs. Mounira, acknowledging her dedication to
community service and wishing her continued success in her endeavors.
