On March 23rd, 2022, the IWC of El Tahrir , headed by Mrs. Noha Maatouk and honorary secretary Lamia Fawzy, and in the presence of PP   Mrs.Souad Gretley, visited the “Misr Al-Mahrousa Baladi Association” Dar Al-Salaam branch, and participated in the celebration of Orphan’s Day and Mother’s Day. Gifts and sweets were distributed to children and (Abayas) to the mothers, in addition to Ramadan cartons.
The program of the ceremony included children’s choir singing and poetry.
The Club members paid L.E.  12,000  (twelve thousand Egyptian pounds), for the gifts distributed to the children and mothers with Ramadan cartons.
The ceremony was filled with an atmosphere of intimacy, love, and joy on the faces of the children.

On Sunday, March 20th, 2022, Inner Wheel Club of Tahrir headed by Mrs. Noha Maatouk, jointly with the Rotary Club of Giza Karnak, headed by Mrs. Hanan Al-Maghraby, hosted the strategic thinker Major General Dr. Samir Farag, who spoke about Egypt, where is it will be in the current global situation.
The symposium was attended by Mrs. Hala Hagrass, Chairman of D95 Egypt and Jordan, and her distinguished executive members, Mrs. Mona Aboul Fotouh, Honorary Secretary, Mrs. Reem Nazih, the International Service Organizer, and Mrs. Awatef Al-Nashrati, PC of District 95. The symposium was also attended by Ms. Sana Al-Sharfa and Ms. Sahar Jadallah, assistant governors of the Rotary District 2451, chairpersons, presidents and members of the Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs.
The event was organized by Mrs. Lamia Fawzy.

 IWC of Al Tahrir  headed by Mrs. Noha Maatok and PP Sahar Gadallah made a visit to Al Sahwa Foundation to distribute blankets among the resident elderly women at the foundation and to follow up the illiteracy classes which IWC of Al Tahrir sponsored .

 IWC of Al Tahrir , headed by Noha Matouk, visited the “Egyptian Foundation for Care of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing” .
HS. Lamia Fawzy and PP Soad Gretly handed over a Bank cheque amounting to LE 10,000/- (Egyptian Pounds Ten Thousand only) to the foundation for purchasing a vibrating microphone for teaching the hearing impaired children and for purchasing 2 printer machines for printing the educational subjects.
The donation has been well appreciated by officials of the charitable foundation.

In support of the Initiative of a Decent Life – under the auspices of Professor Dr. Minister  Khalid Abdul Ghaffar – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, In the presence of a representative of the Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj. – The annual charity clothing exhibition opened on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the National Research Center – Dokki, which was hosted by IWC of El Tahrir   headed by Mrs. Noha Matouk with the Rotary  Club of El Tahrir  headed by Dr. Amal Al-Sisi in partnership with the Social Committee of the Center headed by Dr. Ola Sharaf and in the presence of CD 95 Egypt and Jordan Mrs. Hala Hagrass and PDG of rotary D 2451 Abdul Hamid Al-Awa on behalf of DG Yasser Nashat and HS  of D95 Mrs. Mona Abu Al-Fattouh, D95 ISO  Mrs. Reem Nazih and Dr. Mohammed Hashem, president of the National Research Center, P. Dr. Khalid Al-Dahabi  of the Building Research Institute and with the participation and presence of  IW and Rotary members of both clubs.

This charity  exhibition lasted for 3 days  distributing  a wide range of clothing for women, men, children and bags…

the people of Aswan whose homes were damaged and destroyed as a result of the torrential rains.Members  of IWC of Al Tahrir headed by Mrs. Noha Maatouk, donated to  Misr El-Khair Foundation the amount of  L.E.35,000  (Thirty-Five Thousand Egyptian Pounds) to help and support.

On November 18th, 2021 , IWC of Al Tahrir headed by Mrs Noha Matouk who donated a check with the amount of 121,000 EGP (one hundred twenty one thousand Egyptian pounds) to Misr El Kheir Foundation to install water connections for 30 needy homes in poor villages under the Slogan “GOOD LIFE” .

On November 17th, 2021, IWC of Al Tahrir headed by Noha Maatouk, HS Lamia Fawzy, and a group of the club members visited the “Al Sahwa Charity Foundation, and the following items were distributed:-
1- School supplies for blind children (talking calculators and Braille panels)
2-Shawls and towels were distributed among the elderly women residing in the foundation.
3- Necessary Medicines has been supplied & delivered to treat chronic diseases of elderly women.
4- Supplying sterilization tools to protect against the Corona virus.
5- Plastic items were provided for recycling.
The initiative of IWC of Al Tahrir has been appreciated by the foundation, the elderly , the blind children & their parents.

IWC of Al Tahrir and” Orman Association “Signed a Protocol to implement “Water for Life Initiative “

Based on the protocol that was concluded between IWC of Al Tahrir and “Orman Association “to implement “Water for Life Initiative”, it was agreed to deliver drinking water for 19 homes. The cost of every connection per house is 5400 EGP.

The total cost of 19 houses is 102,600 EGP.

It will be implemented within 4 months from the start of the implementation.

On behalf of President Lobna El Messiri, PPresident Gehane Halawa signed the agreement and handed over the check for of the amount.
