On the occasion of the International Day of Peace in line with the national project for District 95 (Egypt and Jordan) which was dedicated for environmental preservation, The six IW clubs of Alexandria (Alexandria, East, Nozha, Sporting, Mediterranean, and Capital) and the IWC of Damanhur planted 16 Poiciana Royal Trees in Ayadi El Mostakbal Oncology Hospital 4040 and Shatby Children’s Hospital.
Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria Sporting joined the medical convoy in “El Basila district” in Aswan from the 15th till the 18th of January.
The President of the Club Mrs. Rania Sherif Bayoumi and some of the club members were able to join the convoy that investigated 200 eye examinations and cataract and examined more than 200 child and adults.
Moreover, the medical convoy was able to help in the equipment of 3 orphaned brides and helping 6 widows with their living costs.
The convoy was able to distribute 200 blankets for our families in Upper Egypt to help out with the warm winter campaign.
In addition, the convoy was able to help with donations for the “Magdy Yacoub Heart Foundation”.
The convoy will continue to help our families in Upper Egypt as it’s our mission to help them in living a better life. Together and with the help of your donation we can Work Wonders .
On Thursday 29th December 2022
The members of the IWC of Alexandria headed by Mona El Hakim visited Borg El Arab University Hospital Pediatric Oncology Center to donate a check to the hospital manager Dr Shady Fadel for medications for the children cancer patients.
Then Dr Mohamed Zahran the Executive Director of the Alexandria Pediatric Oncology Charity Organization gave us a presentation about the hospital founding and it’s development plan to be fulfilled by 2030.
The members also inspected the room currently designated for art therapy for children cancer patients, their families, doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
Dr Manal Elewah, Egypt’s delegate to the WHO for Global International Children Cancer Initiative and Art Therapy Consultant gave us a detailed presentation about the new art therapy room that is currently being equipped in the new building attached to the hospital. The Club will contribute to help with the required furnishing and tools in the near future.
Our members joined the children and their families in drowning and coloring which filled the place with an atmosphere of joy and hope in their hearts and the hearts of all of us.
Tuesday the 13th of December 2022, the Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria Sporting collaborated with the Faculty of Pharmacy in its yearly charity fair. Special thanks to those with participated in either donating clothes or helping out with the fair. The money collected will be donated to those who struggle with paying their university fees
On Monday the 21st of November,
Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria Sporting headed by Mrs. Rania sherif Bayoumi went to “El-Shaheed Mohamed Mahmoud School” in Bashayer El Khair.
The campaign targeted more than 2500 students for early eyesight detection. They provided eye glasses for students with weak sight and operations for those who were stated cataract . A donation was given from IWC of Alexandria Sporting to help these students.

On the occasion of international day of the blind, IWC of Alexandria Sporting presided by Eng. Rania Sherif Bayoumi and the club members handed over 200 white sticks to the blind in a special celebration
On Wednesday, the 27th of April 2022, during the last days of the holy month of Ramadan the president of IWC of Alexandria Sporting, Mrs. Reem El Milady, accompanied by P.P/ Nevine Abdel Rasoul, visited the Antica association headed by Mrs. Hayam Gouda at Kom El Shokafa, to celebrate with the members of the association these holy days and making Eid cookies with a donation of one hundred breakfast meals and coupons in the amount of 2000 EGP to be distributed to needed families.
Many thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Hayam Gouda for her efforts in reviving and flourishing beautiful traditional handicrafts as well as preserving the authentic Egyptian customs and legacies.

💧A drop of water equals a life💧
By contributing to the introduction of water to a village deprived of it in Upper Egypt, which is the village of Tenjar, Edfu Centre, Aswan Governorate.
It is a clean water line that enters the homes of the people for the first time; this is under the supervision of the Upper Egypt Water Company,in cooperation with Dr. Wael Sherif Bayoumi Foundation.
This line serves about 1000 people in the area and enters the clean water of a village deprived of water.

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the members of IWC of Alexandria Sporting are continuing their project, the campaign of “ Feed the Food “ headed by Ms. Reem El Milady, during the first ten days of the holy month, 300 charity bags were distributed to 300 families, distributing 1,000 meals to more than 300 families in different regions, associations, and shelters
May God help us to continue the distributions during the rest of the days of the holy month.
