26/7/ 2020, the Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria visited the Intellectual Rehabilitation Foundation for girls in Seyouf on Eid-al Adha to supply them with new Eid clothes, sweets and meat coupons.

Donation of stroke medications to El Hadara University Hospital, Neurology Department, Alexandria University.

Donation of medication for children suffering from Cancer at Burg El Arab Hospital of University of Alexandria.

IWC of Alexandria and Alexandria East donated Respiratory Ventilator & purchased 40 disposable kits including tubes, filters, and valves) as well as three medical injection pumps that were all delivered to numerous hospitals in Alexandria that needed support.

Donation of mattresses & School supplies to AlNour School for blind girls.

Distribution of Supermarket food coupons to all employees of the Alexandria Club (ex-Syrian club) in the holy month of Ramadan. This venue is where most club meetings take place.
