Members of the Inner Wheel Club of Garden City , headed by Mrs. Azza Selim, have paid the value of 10 (ten) cataract surgeries for patients who are unable to pay the cost of the operations be able to see and complete their working lives.

The operations were performed by Prof. Dr. Amr Al-Samra, Professor of Ophthalmology at Al-Hayat Eye Center in Dokki.

The cost of operations is 38 thousand pounds.

In continuation of the charitable and voluntary work, which is one of the most important goals of the Inner Wheel Club of Giza headed by Mrs. Enas Al-Imam, the club’s members paid on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, the costs of the operation to close the arterial bypass through the catheter for a baby.

Dr. Amal Al-Sisi successfully performed the surgery at Abu Al-Rish governmental hospital.

On Monday 21/2/2022 Inner Wheel Club of Amman headed Fairouz Badown accompanied by committee members and Mrs Maha Shahin Editor for District 95 Egypt and Jordan, delivered plastic caps that were collected from members and their friends to “Green Wheelz “ initiative that supports the physically challenged society with the income generated from selling the collected plastic caps for recycling.

IWC of Amman believes in this initiative and it’s impact on the environment we live in.

We kindly ask you to keep on collecting , so we keep this project going.

On January 16th, 2022, the members of Inner Wheel Club of Giza were headed by Mrs. Enas El-Imam made a new kind of donation, which is to help 10 (ten) unable patients suffering from cataracts in their eyes by paying the cost of operations with implanting lenses to be able to have their clear vision again and help them continue their work and life normally.

The operations were performed by Prof. Dr. Amr Al-Samra, Professor of Ophthalmology at Al-Hayat Eye Center in Dokki.

The cost of the ten operations was L.E. 35,000.00 ( thirty thousand pounds).

Mrs. Maha Rabie, President Inner Wheel Club of Heliopolis and club members met at the Baron Hotel with Mr. Hazem Al-Mallah, an employee of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, suggested a visit to Aqila Al Samaa house in Helwan for homeless adults.

Mrs. Maha Rabie and the club members visited the house and met their needs of cleaning tools, disinfectants, and LED bulbs, and gave sweets to the residents, which made them happy.

On February 12th, 2022, and under the slogan of this year, Pink First, the Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria El Nozha, headed by Mrs. Omayma El Gharbi paid the fees of surgery for a woman who suffers from spinal stenosis between the fourth and fifth vertebrae and scoliosis in the lumbar vertebrae. The operation was carried out using bone slices and screws.

On Thursday, February 17th, 2022 IWC of Sharm El Sheikh visited its sustainable project, the Charitable Association for Child Care in Al Fustat Complex.

In the presence of CD95 Mrs. Hala Hagrass, HS D95 Mrs. Mona Aboul Fotouh, the Club P. Mrs. Maha Ragab presented a donation check of 50,000 pounds (fifty thousand pounds) to establish a gift shop in the name of the club and spend the profit over the house. It is worth mentioning that the association receives children from the age of months to the stage of work and marriage.

The shop was inaugurated by Mrs. Hala Hagrass, Club members and President of the IWC of Sharm El Sheikh.

There was an atmosphere of pride and happiness in this economically integrated project and the care of those in charge of it with love and tenderness for children.
