IW Of Zamalek Club – Alexandria journey

IW Of Zamalek Club .
Under the slogan “Shine A Light” Zamalek IW Club, led by Mrs. Sanaa Al-Malwani, embarked on a journey to Alexandria, known as the jewel of the Mediterranean, on November 29 and November 30. The excursion started with a tour of the Fathi Mahmoud Ceramic and Chinese Factory, a symbol of Egyptian industry with the label “Made in Egypt.” Following this, the group had lunch at a seaside fish restaurant while relishing the sunset views. The following day, members explored the New Roman Museum, known as the largest and most exquisite museum in the Middle East, with insights & information provided by the tour guide. The outing was a delightful opportunity for members to strengthen their bonds of love and friendship.

Zamalek IWC – “Empowering Female Breadwinners & qualifying them for the labor market.” project

Zamalek IWC
Zamalek IW Club’s new project for the year 2024 is “Empowering Female Breadwinners & qualifying them for the labor market.”President Sana Milwani announced that the project aims to raise awareness, provide training, and support female breadwinners in their professional skills for entry into the job market. The project also focuses on assisting these women in establishing and managing small projects for sustainable income. & overseeing the implementation of the project, which includes setting up a 400-square-meter workshop and organizing global technological conferences for youth to enhance their job prospects, so they can keep pace with the current labor market.
IW Zamalek purchased the machines at a cost of 400 thousand pounds, in addition to purchasing the workshop’s production supplies& training expenses.

On Monday, April 22, 2024, under the theme “Shine A Light,” Mrs. Soha Salem, president of Sphinx IWC hosted a meeting at the Giza Yacht Club, attended by several members. Mrs. Salem began with a warm welcome and then detailed the donations made during the 2023/2024 year, totaling 321,000 pounds. She emphasized the importance of continuing support for the Yasmine Al-Samra Foundation, highlighting its significance as a sustainable project for the club’s charitable endeavors. Wishing ongoing success in their philanthropic efforts.

IW Of Zamalek Club – Zamalek sustainable initiatves

IW Of Zamalek Club.
For nearly 28 years, Zamalek IW Club has been dedicated to its sustainable initiative, supporting approximately 400 impoverished families in the Old Cairo, Antar Stable, and 6th of October areas. This year, led by Mrs. Sanaa Al-Malwani, the club continued its annual tradition by providing assistance totaling one million seven hundred and fifty thousand pounds from July 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. The aid encompassed medical care such as surgeries; treatments; and tests : monthly allowances for those unable to work; payment of tuition fees, support for brides, covering fines, granting revolving loans for small businesses, distributing Ramadan provisions and holiday meals, and furnishing an apartment for three young children in need. With the help of esteemed members and organizations like Madiha Al-Sharqawi, the Arman Association, Majda Abbas, and the Joud Association. The club was able to make a significant impact on these families. In particular, they provided a home and education for three abandoned children, thanks to the efforts of Yasmine Abu Youssef and the Tawasul Association, founded by Mrs. Afaf Abu Youssef, ensuring the children’s well-being and moral development. All achievements were made possible through the members’ dedication and God’s grace.

This year’s slogan, “Shine a Light,” guided the efforts of Gezeira Sporting IW Club led by Mrs. Azza El Mofty and its members. They organized an exhibition at Al Safa Youth Center in the Haram area on Friday, May 3, 2024, to sell new and used clothes at affordable prices. Twenty-five boxes of clothes were contributed, demonstrating the club’s dedication to social responsibility and its aim to positively impact the lives of low-income students and families.

Gezira IWC – donated 25,000 pounds to Benha University’s social fund for students

Accomplishment achieved .
Gezira IWC On May 7, 2024, Gezira IW Sporting Club donated 25,000 pounds to Benha University’s social fund for students. The donation aims to assist students who have completed their studies but are unable to pay the final fees, allowing them to receive their graduation certificates and pursue job opportunities. The university has facilitated all necessary administrative processes for this cause. Ms. Azza El Mofty, the club’s president, and Ms. Nehal El Rafai, the honorary secretary, presented the donation on behalf of IW Gezira Sporting Club, which was warmly received and appreciated by the university.

IW Of Amman Philadelphia Club – Breakfast donation event

IW Of Amman Philadelphia Club.
“Lord of peace: grant our hearts and our country peace.” On the occasion of Palm Sunday and Easter, and headed by Mrs. Hanan Ghawi, the ladies of the Inner Wheel Philadelphia Club met at Jordan River Foundation Restaurant for a delicious breakfast that brought them together with friends from Inner Wheel Amman and Petra Clubs with their friends.

The club was honored by the participation of Mrs Jumana Al-Masri Mutawe’, “Member of the Board of Directors of International Inner Wheel ,” Mrs Rula Hawi Farraj, “Vice President of District 95 ,” and Mrs Nuha Asfour, “President of Amman Inner Wheel Club.” The ladies donated the price of coupons to purchase food for less fortunate families on the occasion of the glorious holidays. The value of each coupon is 25 dinars.

The gathering was characterized by an atmosphere of love, friendship and joy, which we always shine a light on. All appreciation goes to the committee members who are always cooperative.

IW Of Zamalek Club – Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation and the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Beni Suef

IW Of Zamalek Club.

Under the slogan “Shine A Light,” Zamalek Club signed a protocol on January 18 between the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation and the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Beni Suef, in collaboration with clubs from the Inner Wheel clubs of District 95 with a value of 105,000 Egyptian pounds. The President of Zamalek Club, Mrs. Sanaa El Malawany, signed the check for this amount and presented it to the water and sanitation company, in the presence of Mrs. Mona Abu Al-Futoun , the District chairman and several other club presidents.
