Inner Wheel Club of Tanta, headed by Mrs. Amira Aref Under the Theme of this year “Pink First” helped two dependent women.
The first woman supports 6 children in different stages of education, and we have contributed with her in buying her daughter’s wedding supplies .
The second woman supports a sick daughter who has no regular income, we helped her start a small project by availing a stove, a gas cylinder and some materials to help her start and continue the project.

Celebrating the Golden Jubilee of Inner Wheel Clubs of D95 Egypt and Jordan.
On Sunday, December 5th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel
Inner Wheel Clubs, District 95, Egypt (28 clubs) and Jordan (3 clubs) celebrated the Golden Jubilee of the establishment of the first five IW clubs on this day in 1971 until we reached 31 IW clubs and a thousand IW members serving, helping and caring In all areas of health, education and guidance for women and children.
The ceremony began with a welcome from the DC Mrs. Hala Hagrass, to the Executive Board of Directors and the distinguished guests from IWCs in Jordan .
She also welcomed Ms. Laila Al-Aswad, a member of the International Inner Wheel Board of Directors , presidents and members from IWCs in Egypt.
She praised the work, effort and giving in multiple projects in all fields that serve women, and children during the past fifty years.
NR Mrs. Iman El-Bashary, welcomed the distinguished guests and commended the founders of the first five IW Clubs in 1971, namely Cairo, Amman, Alexandria, Mansoura and Heliopolis and thanked all the members for their dedication over fifty years in serving the communities in Egypt and Jordan.
She also delivered a speech by the international Inner Wheel President, EBE MARTINES, to congratulate the Golden Jubilee of the Inner wheel Clubs, D95 Egypt and Jordan.

Heartfelt Inner Wheel Greetings to all Ladies , District 95 Egypt and Jordan Chairman Hala Hagrass and Officers, National Representative Iman El Bashary , Club Presidents, Members, distinguished Guests.
It is a privilege to address this important meeting on the occasion of the celebration of the Golden Jubilee of your District, today December the 5th 2021.
Today’s Golden Jubilee marks the 50th Anniversary of District 95, currently formed by 31 Clubs in the two countries, Egypt and Jordan.
The District National Representative Iman El Bashary kindly sent me an e-mail asking to send you a word on this special occasion.
I was very pleased to receive this request and enthusiastically accepted to send you my message.
Fifty years ago the Clubs already existing at that time decided to set up a District which was given the number 95 by International Inner Wheel.
Clubs Members, women of talent, ability and compassion united in service and friendship.
Today’s special milestone gives you the opportunity to reflect about your history, achievements and dedication to serving your community and be proud to belong to one of the most important women’s volunteering organisations in the world.
I thank you for the important work you have done and continue to do.
Enjoy this special celebration honouring 50 years of outstanding service and accept my best wishes for continued success in the years to come, keeping your District Clubs effective and relevant to the future needs of your community and not only.

You are always there united in serving the communities and the ray of hope in many people’s lives in our District 95 Egypt and Jordan.

She thanked Mrs. Hanaa El-Sadat for designing the card.
Finally, a video was presented by Mrs Ashnadelle Helmy Mortagy and Mrs. Mervat Al-Azouni, showing fifty years of giving caring and serving the community in both countries Egypt and Jordan.
Everyone celebrated a cake with flags of Egypt and Jordan.
All IW ladies had a great time enjoying the music and the celebration.

D95 Egypt & Jordan Board Committee’s 2nd official meeting with IWCs Delegates, News, 2021

The second meeting for District95 Egypt and Jordan with the IWCs’   Delegates , for the year 2021/2022.

CD 95 Mrs Hala Hagrass could not attend the meeting as her mother passed away the previous day.
NR Mrs. Iman Al-Bashary welcomed IW District Board Committee members and Mrs. Laila Al-Aswad, a member of IIW Board of Directors for the year 2021/2022.
She also welcomed guest members of IWCs in Jordan (Amman, Philadelphia and Petra) and all Presidents and members of IWCs in Egypt.
Mrs El Bashary reviewed the speech of the IIW President EBE MARTINES, and the meaning of her Theme, “Pink First” for the year 2021-2022, as well as spreading awareness about cervical cancer and the contribution of all clubs to its treatment.
She also indicated that the candidate as NR for the next year 2022/2023 is Mrs Suzan Al Tayeh (Jordan), and the Deputy NR is Mrs. Nenat Shararah (Egypt), and both candidates have fulfilled the conditions for candidacy
and the nomination of IIW member in the Board of Directors for the year 2022/2023 will be Mrs. Ashnadelle Hilmy .
Ms. Afaf Maged, Vice-President, read the speech of the DC Mrs. Hala Hagrass, in which she reviewed the projects contributed by the clubs for women and girls in both Egypt and Jordan and pointed out the need to activate workshops to understand the provisions of the constitution regulating the work of this prestigious institution and urged the clubs to spread awareness about breast cancer and the contribution to its treatment, because this is what the IIW President indicated this year.
She also focused on the importance of the post of the club delegate in representing her club as per mentioned in the constitution.
She also explained how to follow the procedures in accepting new member to the club.
She stressed on the activation of a workshop to understand the provisions of the IIW Constitution.
She asked all clubs to plant trees on January 10, 2022 in celebration of IIW Day.
In her speech, HS Mrs. Mona Aboul Fotouh noted the vacant positions for the year 2022/2023.
Then came the words of the rest of the distinguished members of the Executive Board Committee.
The past IWD95 editor Mrs. Nana Al-Tarshoubi, distributed the District magazine for the year 2020/2021 to all members of clubs in Egypt and Jordan.
The meeting ended in an atmosphere of cordiality, love and friendship.

 Members of the Inner Wheel Club of Nasr City, headed by Mrs. Jehan Michael, invited the Chairman of D95 Egypt and Jordan, Mrs. Hala Hagrass, and members of other Inner Wheel clubs, to attend a symposium by the writer  Dr.Reem Bassiouni, who shed light on the events of her book “ Al-Qatai ” which deals with the biography and life path of the Mamluk inspirational Ahmed Ibn Tulun, who ruled Egypt for seventeen years.
The choice of the meeting place was at Ahmed Ibn Tulun Mosque, which is the oldest mosque in Egypt, had a profound and exciting dimension to the history, events and people who lived through this time around the year 960.
The writer started by recounting the history of this Era in time and shedding light on the style of architecture.
The mosque which has not been touched by the modification so far, left the audience a space of imagination to visualize and embody what the conditions were in this place covered with the fragrance of history.

In support of the Initiative of a Decent Life – under the auspices of Professor Dr. Minister  Khalid Abdul Ghaffar – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, In the presence of a representative of the Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj. – The annual charity clothing exhibition opened on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the National Research Center – Dokki, which was hosted by IWC of El Tahrir   headed by Mrs. Noha Matouk with the Rotary  Club of El Tahrir  headed by Dr. Amal Al-Sisi in partnership with the Social Committee of the Center headed by Dr. Ola Sharaf and in the presence of CD 95 Egypt and Jordan Mrs. Hala Hagrass and PDG of rotary D 2451 Abdul Hamid Al-Awa on behalf of DG Yasser Nashat and HS  of D95 Mrs. Mona Abu Al-Fattouh, D95 ISO  Mrs. Reem Nazih and Dr. Mohammed Hashem, president of the National Research Center, P. Dr. Khalid Al-Dahabi  of the Building Research Institute and with the participation and presence of  IW and Rotary members of both clubs.
