Alexandria Mediterranean IWC
On April 21, 2024, Alexandria Mediterranean IW Club, led by Dr. Eman
Shafshak and Honorary Secretary Shadia El-Dreny, generously contributed
104 charity cards totaling 31,500 EGP for purchasing Easter meat for our
Coptic brothers. These cards were distributed to less fortunate families
at the Virgin Mary Church in King Mariout, thanks to the efforts of past
president Nelly Mounir.”
Minya IWC
On April 16, Mrs. Mona Abu Al-Futouh, District 95 chairman visited the
Baheya Cancer Fighting Volunteers in Sheikh Zayda under the theme “Shine
a Light.” Accompanied by the Presidents of the District clubs in Egypt,
she presented donation checks from the clubs to the hospital.
Mrs. Hoda Fathi handed a 10,000 Egyptian pound check from Minya IW Club
to the Baheya Foundation to aid in acquiring PCR and X-ray equipment for
exceptional medical care, benefiting communities and patients battling
disease.
IW Of El Nile Club.
On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the El Nile IW Club, led by Mrs. Maha
Serour, visited the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University. The
club donated 21,000 LE for the purchase of a polysite apparatus and ten
polysite needles. The visit was successful, with the institute staff
expressing gratitude and looking forward to ongoing cooperation in the
future. They also presented a letter of appreciation to our club. The
Inner Wheel El Nile Club and its president extend special thanks to our
treasurer, Mr. Magda Mokhtar, for organizing and attending the meeting.
IW Of Alexandria East Club .
On Thursday, March 28, 2023, the members of Inner Wheel Alexandria East,
led by Dr. Mona Gamal, donated two ventilators to the intensive care
department at Smouha University Specialized Hospital.
Dr. Hend Abdel Monem, the Hospital Manager, expressed gratitude to the
club for the donation towards the hospital’s essential equipment.
IW Of Alexandria Capital Club.
On Thursday, March 21, 2024, under the slogan”Shine a Light,” the IWC of
Alexandria Capital, led by Dr. Nevine Abdel Rassoul and Honorary
Secretary Dr. Ola Eweis, contributed 12,000 EGP towards providing full
water and sanitation connections to two homes in the Beni Suef project.
This generous donation raised the total contribution to 23,000 EGP for
the project. May our efforts be accepted, and Ramadan Kareem to all.
IW Of Alexandria El Nozha Club.
Under the leadership of Mai El Deeb, with Heba El Kady as secretary and
Hanaa Sabry as treasurer,Alexandria El Nozha IWC crafted an electric
wheelchair for a 43-year-old man who has been afflicted with polio in
both legs since childhood. Prolonged use of crutches led to chronic
tendon inflammation in his hands. As his condition worsened, his wife
departed, leaving behind their two children, aged 7 and 8, for whom he
is responsible . Despite working in a company with a modest salary of
1296 pounds, he requires an electric wheelchair to assist him in daily
life and commuting to work, as conventional wheelchairs exacerbate his
tendon issues.
He was granted an electric wheelchair.
IW Of Alexandria El Nozha Club .
Alexandria El Nozha IWC led by Ms. Mai El-Deeb with Ms. Heba El-Kady as
Secretary and Ms. Hanaa Sabry as Treasurer, contributed financially to
Ayadi Cancer Hospital to aid the institution in Alexandria, offering
free medical services to those in need.
Representatives from the esteemed Innerwheel Club of Cairo West,
including Club President Mrs. Samia Wahby, Dr. Zainab Al-Ghazali, the
club’s Treasurer, and former District Chairman of Innerwheel District 95
(Egypt and Jordan), and Mrs. Shadia Shafik, an active Board Member,
visited Al-Nas Hospital on Sunday, 3/31/2024. They toured the hospital
departments, expressing gratitude to the staff for their exceptional
dedication. The delegation presented a donation of 60,000 LE (Sixty
Thousand Egyptian Pounds) to the organization’s officials. God

Cairo West IW Club, led by Mrs. Samia Wahby, made a generous donation of
50,000 LE (Fifty Thousand Egyptian Pounds) to the “Baheyya” Foundation
on Sunday, March 31st, 2024.
This contribution is part of a joint effort with other clubs in our
Innerwheel District 95 to establish a “PCR Room.”
