Alexandria Mediterranean .

On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, Alexandria Mediterranean IW Club, led by Dr. Eman Shafshak and Honorary Secretary Shadia El-Derini, visited the Psychiatric Hospital in Maamoura to install 100 faucet pieces for the hospital’s taps. The event was attended by the General Director of the Alexandria Water Company and the Director of Public Relations at the Beni Suef Water Company. The visit aimed to activate a protocol established the previous week between Innerwheel and the water companies. Dr. Mohamed Zohdy, Director of the Hospital, and Dr. Maha Pasha, Deputy Director of the Hospital, joined the inspection of the faucet installation process, which is expected to save 50% of water usage and promote water conservation. Additionally, the club examined 50 newly planted trees in the hospital gardens, including oranges, tangerines, guavas, and lemons. This initiative is part of the club’s environmental preservation projects.

IW Of Giza Club.

In continuation of their sustainable projects, Giza IW Club donated money & saved the life of a two months old girl.

Dr. Amal El Sisi preformed a successful heart surgery in Abu Al Rish Children Hospital for the little girl, Farida Mahmoud Selim, with a total cost of 30,000 LE, in the presence of the club president Ms.Mona Gemeia. Great thanks to everyone for saving her life.

Alexandria IWC.

On January 27th, 2024, the members of the IWC of Alexandria, led by Mrs. Shahira Maher, visited the Pediatric Oncology Center at Borg El Arab University Hospital. They donated a check of 140,000 LE to the hospital manager, Dr. Shady Fadel, for children’s medications, in line with this year’s theme “Shine a Light.”

El Nile IWC

In adherence to the inspiring motto “Shine a Light,” the Innerwheel club of El Nile, led by President Mrs. Maha Serour, wholeheartedly contributed 10,000 LE to the Association of Hoda Shaarawi. This gracious donation was meticulously allocated, with 5,000 LE designated for savings books for orphans and an equivalent sum for women family providers (specifically those eligible for social assistance). The benevolent gesture was offered on the 22nd of January 2024, reflecting the organization’s commitment to meaningful philanthropic engagement.

IW Club Of Heliopolis.

On Monday, January 29, 2024, the Heliopolis Innerwell Club, led by President Mrs. Salwa Selim, visited Abu Al-Rish Children’s Hospital They generously donated 50 thousand pounds to the hospital’s kidney unit and purchased filters for the dialysis unit amounting to 10 thousand and 760. Gratitude to all who contributed to this noble cause. Remember, by giving, God will not waste your reward.

Alexandria IW club
On Saturday, January 13th, 2024, Mrs. Shahira Maher, president of IWC of
Alexandria, visited the Alexandria Water Company & presented a donation
check. The donation would cover 24 water connections, 24 water-saving
faucets, and 9 bidets for the Khorshid area. We hope that our
contribution will help improve the standard of living and ensure a safe,
healthy life for the people of Khorshid and their families.

IW Of El Nile Club.
Under the banner “Shine a Light” and in response to the initiative from
Innerwheel District 95 Egypt & Jordan, Mrs. Maha Serour president of El
Nile IW club, generously donated 10,000 Egyptian pounds (10,000 LE) to
the Association of Children of a Bright Tomorrow, aiding children with
special needs and differing abilities. The donation will contribute to
the purchase of a new hydraulic press machine for paper recycling. Mrs.
Shahinaz Shaheen, president of the association, conveyed her gratitude
through a letter addressed to Innerwheel Club El Nile.

IWC Alexandria Capital .
14th January.
On January 10th, 2024, the members of IWC of Alexandria Capital, led by
Dr. Nevine Abdel Rassoul, and the secretary, Dr. Ola Owais, commemorated
the 100th anniversary of Inner Wheel by visiting a social care home for
homeless children. They brought joy by donating 40 lunches.
Additionally, they provided essential food supplies such as 50 kilos of
rice, 50 kilos of lentils, 10 kilos of sweets, and 20 kilos of fruit
jam, along with 20 blankets.
The team also distributed dental care items like brushes and toothpaste
and conducted a lecture on dental hygiene by Dr. Ola Owais. This visit
marked the beginning of a monthly commitment to support the home,
recognizing it as a sustainable project for the club’s activities.

Alnozha IWC
 Innerwheel Alnozha always extends his support to the most disadvantaged
members of the community. They we were able to successfully provide and
deliver hearing aids on Saturday, 30/12/2023 to
a poor middle-aged woman who has hearing difficulty. Despite facing
daily challenges, she does her best to care for her orphaned
grandchildren.
This contribution is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance the living
conditions of those in need.
With this simple gift, which we hope will enrich and improve the lives
of this family, Innerwheel Alnozha concluded 2023 and is starting 2024
with a positive outlook and a strong desire to continue helping and
serving others.

IWC of Petra donations to King Hussein Cancer Center “KHCC”
1- Participating in covering part of the expenses of treatment at
Al-Hussein Cancer Center for children coming from Gaza by donating 1000
jds
2- Donating 1700 jds in order to purchase a ( Bair Hugger Patient
Warmer) a medical device for cancer patients. This donation is part of
the club’s sustainable project in cooperation with King Hussein
Foundation.
