Inner Wheel Club D95

IWC of El Minya started the Leprosy Support initiative this year. Members decided to support poor patients suffereing from leprosy by providing them with most of their prescribed medications and getting them individually fitted for specially made shoes to meet their needs.
Club members also renovated the waiting area for leprosy patients at the Public Hospital in El Minya.

Support for Al Noor Schools for the Blind and Al Amal School for the Deaf and Dumb as well as the Institution for Homeless Children continued this year.
Members visited the schools several times and the club donated needed supplies as specified by the administration such as blankets, school supplies, educational supplies and playground equipment.

A number of wheelchairs were specially orderd and delivered to Special Needs children and adults who are physically disabled in cooperation of El Mimya Pharmacies.

The club provided students at different public schools with supplementary school supplies and supported a few under-privileged students by paying their tuition fees.
