Inner Wheel Club D95

7/4/2021 – Mrs. Nagwa kandil president of the Inner Wheel Club of Al Mansoura, Mrs. Nana Tarshoubi, D95 Egypt & Jordan Editor and Past President of the club and the honorary secretary, Mrs. Basma Saleh, visited the Cancer Center in Al Mansoura University Hospitals, where they visited the different departments accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sameh Shamaa and Prof. Dr. Emad Azmy, they Inspect the departments under construction and the treatment sections.

The President of the club made donation to the patients under treatment, and another donation to support the hospital to Prof. Dr. Walid al-Nahhas, director of the hospital.

May God grant success to everyone to extend a helping hand to anyone in need.

 

8/4/2021 – To celebrate the Orphan Day falling in the month of April, and to activate the IW slogan “Lead the Change.”

The President of IWC of Al Mansoura Mrs. Nagwa Kandil visited the orphanage attached to the Women’s Association for Health Improvement in Talkha.

She was accompanied by Mrs.Nana El Tarshouby District 95 Editor  and the Past president of IWC of Al Mansoura and the honorary secretary of the club.

The delegation was received by the Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, and the Director of the House.

The celebration began with greetings and chanting with the sweet voices of the children, which filled the attendees with joy and pleasure. The visitors spent some time with the children, harvesting energies of happiness and interaction of love and were overwhelmed with happiness and generosity of the children.

 

The President of IWC of Al Mansoura contributed with a donation to the association.

In the occasion of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan sweets and gifts were distributed to the children.

 

3/3/2021 – Inner Wheel Club of Al Mansoura headed by Mrs.Nagwa kandil, accompanied by many members and Mrs. Nana Al-Tarshouby, Editor of District 95 Egypt & Jordan visited the Association of Friends of University Children’s Hospital at Al Mansoura University under the management of Professor Faten El-Imbabi.

The delegates were received by Dr. Shadia El-Sallab, Professor of Pediatrics and Newborns, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association at the University Children’s Hospital in Al Mansoura and Dr. Ahmed Al-Rifai, professor of pediatrics and director of the University Children’s Hospital.

President of IWC of Al Mansoura presented a check as a donation to the Association.

Then the delegates have a tour in the different department, they are impressed by the latest modern medical units in the hospital. Finally, they visited the wards of the patients, and distributed gifts to the sick children making them happy.

1/2/2021 – Mrs.Nagwa Qandil, president of Inner Wheel Club of El Mansoura accompanied by Mrs. Basma Saleh, honorary secretary and members of the club, Ghada Abdullah, Maysa Al-Hadidi and Shadia Al-Ashry, visited the “Light and Hope Association” one of the sustainable projects of club .Many years ago, the club started a project to teach the visually impaired mother how to use Braille tools to develop her blind child’s readiness and learning to make him an effective member of society
After that, we distributed sweets to the delight of the children, and Mrs.Nagwa made a donation for these educational commitments. We conducted an inspection tour of the house and the workshop. The attendees were impressed by the exhibits.

12/1/2021 – In order to provide the continuous support and assistance to the sustainable projects. The President of IWC of El Mansoura Mrs. Nagwa Kandil, and in the presence of Mrs. Iman Tarshoubi, Editor of District 95, Egypt and Jordan, visited Dar Al-Amal Project for People with Special Needs in Talkha.
The IWC President handed over the annual contribution check to Dar El Amal.
IWC members were invited to visit Dar El Amal and its different departments, mainly the sewing and carpet department attached to it.
This year Mansoura IWC celebrates its fiftieth anniversary since its foundation.

14/11/2020 – Within the periodic visits to inspect the sustainable projects and in order to provide continuous support and assistance under this year’s umbrella “Lead the change “Inner Wheel Club of El Mansoura members, headed by Mrs. Nagwa Kandil, visited, Dar Al-Fadl in Gulongili.
IWC of El Mansoura started to support this project 6 years ago. This establishment groups girls from all the educational levels and married several of them during the last few years. Al Mansoura IW Club was providing them with the necessary support. For all those girls, this establishment is their HOME it is a large family that includes sisters, this is something that touches the hearts of everyone who enters it.
There is also an elderly home attached to it.
IWC members of Al Mansoura provided the girls with winter clothes and food supplies. Mrs Nagwa, donated a check from the club.
At the end IWC of Al Mansoura members visited the elderly home.

President of IWC of El Mansoura Mrs. Nagwa Kandil visited the sustainable project of the club at the youth center in the village of Tamai El Zahira. On November 6, 2020. Dr. Farha El Shenawi, head of the National council for Women in Dakahlia shared this visit with Iman Tarshouby District 95 Editor and Mrs. Basma Saleh Honorary Secretary. The project was launched using looms to manufacture carpet. A dress making department was created and provided with the necessary sewing machines. In order to continue to support women and to develop them in various fields by taking in account their different skills and to activate this year slogan “Lead the Change “it is planned to expand the project by adding and annexing a bakery to it. This project will allow local women to cook and bake various delicacies. The visitors were pleased when they saw the handicrafts produced by the project. Dr. Farha, distributed fabrics to be manufactured as bed sheets.
On our way back, the family of Um Kalthoum hosted the club members in in the village.

IWC of Mansoura Supported breadwinning women and mothers in the village of Tamai Alzahera (the birth place of Um Kalthom), by contributing to the building of a factory for carpet looms and sewing machines to help develop skills for women. This initiative has been an ongoing project for the past four years.

IWC of Mansoura provided Dar Al-Fadl for orphans with their needs in education, food, clothing as well as regular visits. This has been an ongoing project for the past five years.

Supporting Alnour wa Al Amal organization by teaching the Braille method to mothers of the blind children to help support the blind children in becoming more active members of the society and integrating them in the educational mainstream. This initiative was started twelve years ago.
