IWC of Amman visit to Women Tailoring Centre:

In line with Inner wheel theme “Heartbeat of Humanity” Inner Wheel
club of Amman visited Women’s Tailoring Centre in Khafrain
(sustainable project) on Tuesday 14 January 2025 to monitor the progress
of the work and assess whether the women are effectively using the
embroidery machine to enhance productivity.

We took a tour of the sewing workshop and saw the uniforms designed and
sold for schools and centers. The income generated from these sales
helps sustain the workshop’s operations.

It is worth mentioning that the club has covered the cost of the
embroidery machine trainer for the women for three days to increase
their productivity. During this visit, Mrs Nuha Asfour donated a sewing
machine for one of the ladies to help her earn her living as well as an
ironing steamer. Mrs Fatina Muna Abu Jaber also donated an ironing
steamer.

The wheel of Inner Wheel turns and flourishes with initiatives to leave
an imprint of goodness and hope for the less fortunate people from our
beloved country.
