Celebrating Orphan’s Day with Awlady Orphanage
Under this year’s Inner Wheel theme “Heartbeat of Humanity” and in accordance with the main project objectives and the directives of this year’s District 95 Chairman (Egypt and Jordan), Mrs. Abeer Dajani, the Inner Wheel Club of Cairo West visited Awlady Orphanage to celebrate Orphan’s Day.
The visit was attended by Club President Ms. Nadia Al-Rashidi, Club Treasurer Dr. Zainab Al-Ghazali, Club Vice President Ms. Olivia Reda, along with Ms. Samia Nashef and Ms. Reham Ramzy. The delegation donated cartons of milk, eggs, and laundry detergent based on the orphanage’s needs. In addition, chocolates, sweets, croissants, stationery, and drawing books were also gifted to the children.
It was a heartwarming experience for all involved, and the club members were happy to spend this special day with the children.

Celebrating Orphan Day with Joy and Compassion
On Monday, March 24, under the theme ” Heartbeat of Humanity,” the Inner Wheel Club of Minya, led by Mrs. Hoda Fathy, organized a heartfelt celebration for Orphan Day at Minya Sports Club. The event welcomed 120 children and their families from villages across Minya, providing them with a joyful and memorable experience.
Starting at 3:00 p.m., the children engaged in various games and activities, including entertainment with clowns, filling the atmosphere with laughter and excitement. Aid was distributed to the children, ensuring they received much-needed support. Everyone enjoyed a communal breakfast, followed by a full meal before departing for their villages later that evening.
The celebration was a touching moment of solidarity and compassion, reinforcing the spirit of giving during the holy month. The organizers were honored to share in the joy and happiness of these children, making the day truly special for all involved.

Mother’s Day and Ramadan Celebrations at Dar Al Yasmin
In an atmosphere of joy and warmth, Dar Al Yasmin, affiliated with Inner Wheel Club of Cairo – hosted special celebrations for Mother’s Day, coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan.
On March 22, the Golden Years group, dedicated to organizing activities for the elderly, arranged a Mother’s Day celebration, featuring various activities and gifts that brought happiness and delight to the residents of the home.
This was followed by a group iftar on March 25, also organized by the Golden Years group, and concluded with a beautiful musical performance by the Golden Years choir, adding a touch of harmony and joy to the occasion.
The event was attended by the esteemed residents of the home and members of the Golden Years group, led by Mrs. Dina Hashish. Representing Inner Wheel Cairo, the event was also attended by Mrs. Poussy Hassanein, Club President, Dr. Wajida Anwar, Dr. Laila Khaled, Vice President and representative of Golden Years, Mrs. Iman Al-Batran, Club Secretary, and Dr. Diaa Marzouk, Club Treasurer.
These activities reflected the spirit of social solidarity and compassion, spreading happiness among the residents.

A Night of Giving: Annual Charity Iftar for Orphans and Special Needs Care
Under the Theme “The Heartbeat of Humanity”
On Sunday, March 16, 2025, under the inspiring theme “The Heartbeat of Humanity,” the Inner Wheel Club of New Cairo, led by the dedicated Miss Lina Shaker, joined hands with the Inner Wheel Club of Nasr City, under the leadership of Mrs. Gihan Faheem, to host their annual charity Iftar—a cherished tradition of generosity and inclusion. This heartfelt event was graciously sponsored by Mrs. Seham Al-Gohary, the esteemed founder of the Inner Wheel Club of Nasr City.
The evening welcomed ten distinguished organizations supporting orphaned children and individuals with special needs, embracing a community of over 300 young guests in an atmosphere of love and care. This year, the event was further enriched by the participation of the Yasmine Al Samra Charity Foundation, joining for the first time to extend its compassionate support to children affected by epidermolysis bullosa.
For 27 years, this Iftar has been a beacon of kindness and solidarity, uniting children, club members, and honored guests in an evening filled with warmth, joy, and celebration.
Adding a magical touch, the renowned artist Ahmed Shaker Abdel Latif mesmerized the children with lively performances, engaging games, and uplifting songs, creating unforgettable moments of happiness and laughter.
As the night unfolded, the children’s smiles illuminated the gathering, as they enjoyed exciting activities and thoughtful gifts prepared with love. The entire event was a beautiful reflection of compassion, unity, and shared humanity.

Elderly Care with Love – A Heartfelt Mother’s Day Celebration
Under the theme “Heartbeat of Humanity,” Inner Wheel Club of Cairo had the honor of visiting Dr. Sahar El-Sonbaty, President of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, on Thursday, March 20th.
The visit was part of a heartfelt Mother’s Day celebration with the residents of Al-Yasmin Elderly Care Home, affiliated with Inner Wheel Cairo. Dr. El-Sonbaty graciously presented gifts, bringing joy and warmth to the elderly residents.

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan and its coincidence with
Mother’s Day, the Inner Wheel Club of Amman, led by Mrs. Fadia Yared
hosted an Iftar at Romero Restaurant on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The
event was attended by Mrs. Abeer Dajani, Chairman of District 95 (Egypt
& Jordan), Mrs. Lina Husseini, President of the Inner Wheel Club of
Petra, along with numerous club members and esteemed guests.
In her welcoming speech, Mrs. Fadia Yared expressed her delight at this
special gathering, which combines the noble values of Ramadan with the
profound meaning of motherhood, stating:
“Today, we unite in the spirit of gratitude, reflection, love, and
giving, offering our support, solidarity, and prayers to those facing
difficult circumstances. During this blessed month, the power of
motherhood shines as a source of inspiration to overcome challenges and
work together for a world of peace, understanding, and compassion.”
The celebration was truly exceptional in every detail, with elegant
decorations capturing the spirit of the holy month. The beautifully
arranged Iftar table featured a variety of delicious dishes, enhancing
the Ramadan experience. The musical performance by singer Ashraf Makawi
added a warm touch, enriching the family-friendly ambience of the
evening. The harmony and togetherness that prevailed throughout the
event perfectly aligned with this year’s Inner Wheel theme: “Heartbeat
of Humanity.”

On March 8, 2025, in celebration of International Women’s Day, the
Inner Wheel Club of Amman/Petra, led by President Mrs. Lina Al-Husseini,
together with Mrs. Abeer -Dajani, Chairman of District 95 (Egypt &
Jordan) and members of the administrative board, honored Mrs. Adeel Abu
Al-Reesh in recognition of her remarkable efforts in promoting social
justice through over 30 years of charitable and voluntary work.
Her dedication has been evident both through her personal initiatives
and her impactful role at the Sanaheya Karaman Foundation. She has
always believed that giving is the true essence of life and that
justice, equality, and the rejection of injustice are the guiding
principles of humanity.
The Inner Wheel Club of Amman/Petra proudly recognizes her extraordinary
contributions and celebrates her unwavering commitment to creating a
better world.

The event took place at the Eagles Complex in Almaza, New Cairo, in a
festive and heartwarming setting. The children’s laughter and
excitement filled the air as they played with cartoon characters and a
clown, bringing smiles to their faces.
Adding to the joyful spirit of the evening, renowned artist Ahmed Shaker
Abdel Latif attended the event, engaging with the children through games
and singing, making the celebration even more special.
All attendees shared in the happiness and festive spirit, enjoying the
various activities and presenting gifts to the children, ensuring that
