Inner Wheel Club D95

On Wednesday, 31 October 2018, members of Inner Wheel Club of Tanta headed by Mrs. Amina Nassar, the club’s president, Mrs. Majida Shaker, vice president, Mrs. Ghada Rahmi, honorary secretary, Mrs. Shadia Al-Shennawy, treasurer of the fund and Mrs. Heba Hammad, honorary member, visited El-Menshawy General Hospital in Tanta, where they provided the operations room in the hospital with medical supplies and anesthesia medications, which the hospital was in the most need for it.

On Sunday 28 October 2018, Happier Future Nursery Luxor branch was inaugurated. The Protocol of cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity states that the ministry will provide the nursery’s building and IWC will handle establishing and managing the nursery. The branch was opened by Dr. Ahmed Obaid, Undersecretary of Social Solidarity Ministry and Engineer Mustafa Saeed, Vice President of the Tiba City Authority, attended by Mr. Sayed El-Noba, Director of Educational Administration for Private Education, Mrs. Nahed Director of Vocational Training in Luxor, Eng. Mustafa El-Ham, Vice President of Tiba City Authority, and heads of associations, Khatwa, Little Pyramid and Special Needs Union along with our sons and parents. The first primary meeting for IWCs district 95 Egypt & Jordon was held on Saturday the 15^th of September 2018 at 12 pm at Le Pacha Boat with the presence of IWCs district 95 Egypt & Jordon board of directors for year 2018/2019.

We were honored by the presence of Mrs. Mona Sweis, member of the Board of Directors of Inner Wheel International Club in Jordan, National Delegates and former presidents of the region, as well as a gathering of heads, secretaries and treasurers of IWCs District 95 Egypt & Jordan.

Each member of the Board of Directors delivered a welcome speech, full of hope and optimism for a successful Inner Wheel year. President Mrs. Dina Ghorab, also delivered a speech on behalf of Mrs. Kamelah Tawfiq, treasurer of IWCs and Mrs. Hana El Sadat, who are responsible for the website.

This year IWCs main objectives to be were discussed, most importantly National IWCs for Women’s and Girls’ Project, which was approved by Melbourne Conference in April 2018 and will continue for the next three years.

At the end of the meeting, last year magazines were distributed 2017/2018 on the club delegates.

The meeting was filled with an atmosphere full of love and friendship and best wishes to a successful year to all.

The Inner Wheel Club Philadelphia members met with Mrs Alya Alyan the club chairman in a splendid meeting full of love and harmony with her the chairman best wishes for the club with success to achieve its honorable causes with the members’ determination and collaboration. Together we’re stronger. We’re honored to welcome the presence of Mrs Mona Sweis International club board member, Mrs Suzan El Taieh vice president, former presidents and other members of the Amman and Petra club.

On Saturday August 4^th 2018, Mrs Zain Bergekly, Chairman of Petra Club year 2018 and Mrs Ruba Abou Ghoush Chairmain of the Inner Wheel Club year 2017 participated in the opening of a Rest House and a Plant Distillation Laboratory in Kufranjah City, Ajloun in North Jordan.

The Inner Wheel Club donated to these projects through Princess Taghrid Institute for Development & Training as a part of the Inner Wheel Club contributions and donations for year 2017/2018.

The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of her Excellency Lina Enab Minister of Tourism in Jordon accompanied by Doctor Aghadeer Jweihan, general director of Princess Taghrid Institute for Development & Training. The local press has covered the opening ceremony for its importance to support tourism in Jordon.

Today, the Inner Wheel El-Gezira Club District 95 Egypt & Jordon’s members visited the injured soldiers of Sinai operation in 2018 in Maadi Military Hospital. Whenever we visit the injured military soldiers, we become more reassured that the Military institution is a men’s factory. The satisfaction, strength and smile that doesn’t leave the faces of young men who have sacrificed and lost a limb or an eye.

They’re truly the best soldiers on earth.

Among 2017- 2018 training projects, members of Inner Wheel Club of El-Tahrir District 95 Egypt & Jordon granted certificates of completion to the professional training sawing program’s trainees at the Egyptian Association for Comprehensive Development in Mohandessin.

On Wednesday, February 20, 2019, Mrs. Dina Ghorab, Chairman of D95 Egypt and Jordan, visited “Al Ghad Al Moshreq Association “to sponsor special categories of children with intellectual disabilities.
She was accompanied by members of Board of Directors Mrs. Azza Al-Mufti,( Honorary Secretary )and Mrs. Mona El Gemee, (ISO), Mrs Hadeel Shatat, PIWC of Nasr City , Mrs Shahinaz Hafez and Mrs Samia Wahba members of the club.
Mrs. Dina and her companions visited all the activities that the association is proud serving the needed children..
1. The illiteracy classes,
2. capacity development,
3. educational and production workshops,
4. medical department,
5. rehabilitation and employment, and then
6. the division of autism and the internal department.
Mrs. Dina visited the projects that members of IWC of Nasr City donated and participated with over the previous years, which were the preparation of educational workshops and productivity qualifying for the labor market for boys and girls.
The IWC members also gave the children of the society a mobile platform with special vibration and equipped with modern techniques to develop the senses of the child defying and addressing the lack of attention and fluctuations Strong mood, develop concentration and calm emotions.
The IWC members organized guided entertainment trips for children and students with sports courses, amusement park trips and more to share their activities and put a smile of their faces.
