Inner Wheel Club D95

PP Mona E Ramly & PP Mona Sobeih are the members in charge of this on-going project along with several others from our esteemed club.
We support the children morally and practically through providing clothing for all the residents of the orphanage several times a year (Eid after-Eid Adha-Winter & Summer seasons). This has been ongoing for more than 20 years now.
Part of our support is to assist on yearly basis as neede in the annual maintenance costs of the buildings and equipment.

Purchased (4) special thermometers used in detection of “Corona virus”.
This project was taken-on due to the current circumstances to show our help and try to assist in the eradication of the Corona pandemic.

The Cancer Hospital 57357 is part of IWC of Garden City sustainable projects.
The club provides large donations to the children’s hospital on an annual basis. This year the members participated in the marathon (Egry fel kheer) organized by 57357 Hospital in Sharm El Sheikh and donated the amount of 28,000 pounds to the hospital.

Dar Rofaqaa El-Nabi is one of the sustainable projects of IWC of Garden City .IWC of Garden City sponsors children from their birth and takes care of all their needs of housing, clothes and private schools and paying school expenses are donated by 250 thousand pounds, and 20,000 pounds as a deposit.

This year the club organized a gathering for the elderly with the children of “Dar Rofaqaa el nabi” orphanage in Al-Jazira Club, the entertainment day included (magician / sports / gift / lunch) and provided them with medicines, clothes and electrical appliances. Members are always keen to visit the resients on a regular basis.

The club members visited the village of Burqash in Giza, to follow up the installation and renewal of water filters to serve the villagers.

IWC of Garden City donated a large monetary contribution for 13 cases of prostheses in cooperation with “Rehab International”.

The Clothes Exhibition is considered one of the annual projects, and the club donates a portion of the exhibition’s income to pay the tuition fees of a few needy students.

The club visited Al-Nas Hospital for Children, met Dr. Anisa Hassouna, the hospital’s CEO, and donated aq very substantial sum to sypport the hospital.

IWC of Garden City donated a large donation to the Yasmine El Samra Foundation for Epidermolysis Bullosa Children.
