Detection Initiative

Continuing the activities of October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month,
and in response to the vision of the Chairman of ،the Inner Wheel
District 95 Egypt & Jordan, which aims to strengthen cooperation between
the district’s Inner Wheel clubs and insurance companies to provide
opportunities for early medical screening for women and girls, the Inner
Wheel Club of Amman Philadelphia organized a humanitarian initiative in
collaboration with Jerusalem Insurance Company.

The initiative was led by Mrs. Hanan Aghabi, President of the Inner
Wheel Club of Amman Philadelphia, accompanied by Mrs. Alya Alyan, Vice
Chairwoman of District 95, and Mrs. Sana Hakim, Member of the Club’s
Executive Board.
It was implemented on Tuesday, October 28, with the goal of supporting
women from low-income backgrounds by enabling them to undergo the
necessary medical examinations for early breast cancer detection.

The process began with an initial clinical examination conducted by the
center’s physician, followed by the use of modern medical equipment to
complete the required tests.

This humanitarian initiative reflects the club’s and the district’s
ongoing commitment to promoting health awareness and ensuring equal
access to medical care, particularly in relation to diseases that have a
significant impact on women’s health.

Finally, heartfelt thanks are extended to the participating women for
their trust in the club members and for their dedication to attending
the examinations despite work obligations and long travel distances.
Deep appreciation is also expressed to Jerusalem Insurance Company and
to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative, which
truly embodies the spirit of cooperation, compassion, and social
responsibility.

May we continue to be guided in serving our community and advancing
women’s health in our beloved country.
