Ramadan Charity Visit – Living the Spirit of “Step Up & Lead by
Example”
On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan 🌙, and under this
year’s theme, “Step Up & Lead by Example,” the Inner Wheel Club of
Alexandria, headed by Mrs. Rhoda El Shazly, organized a charitable visit
on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
The visit included:
Zamzam Orphanage
Intellectual and Vocational Education Foundation (Girls’ Boarding
Section for individuals with special needs)
Absher Home
During the visit, Ramadan charity cards valued at EGP 400 each were
distributed, with a total of 146 cards, to support the families of
students and staff at these institutions. This initiative reflects the
Club’s commitment to community service and to strengthening the values
of solidarity and social support.
The Club members also viewed a selection of distinguished handmade
crafts produced by the students of the Intellectual and Vocational
Education Foundation. These items were created in the workshop
previously established by the Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria,
highlighting the success of the Club’s ongoing efforts to empower
young girls and promote vocational skills development.
