Under this year’s inspiring theme, “Step Up and Lead by Example,”
the Inner Wheel Club of Sphinx, led by Mrs. Ghada Barakat, proudly
donated EGP 60,000 to Abu El Reesh Eye Hospital.
This generous contribution will fund retinopathy injections for
premature infants born with underdeveloped retinas—a condition that,
if untreated, can lead to lifelong blindness. These critical injections
offer a chance at a healthy, sighted future for these vulnerable
children.
