Inner Wheel Club of Amman Celebrates Christmas with the Community
On Sunday, 21 December 2025, the President of the Inner Wheel Club of
Amman, together with several club members, participated in a communal
Christmas lunch held at the Latin Church, one of the oldest churches in
Amman. Built in 1890, the church is regarded as one of the city’s most
important historical landmarks.
The gathering brought together women and children from the local
community, along with members of the Ladies’ Committee, in a warm and
welcoming atmosphere characterized by friendship, harmony, and a strong
sense of togetherness.
The venue holds special spiritual and historical significance, as it
includes a grotto discovered during the construction of the church,
which houses a statue of the Virgin Mary and is associated with
testimonies of blessings and miracles. Above all, the most meaningful
aspect of the gathering was the precious time spent together, sharing
conversations and laughter with the women and children, and experiencing
genuine joy through the spirit of participation, love, and unity that
brought everyone together.
Merry Christmas, and may you and your families enjoy health, peace, and
happiness.
