Governor of Cairo Supports Rooftop Cultivation Initiative in Asmarat

Under the esteemed slogan “Heartbeat of Humanity,” on February 10, 2025,
the Governor of Cairo, Dr. Ibrahim Saber Khalil, paid a visit to the
National Institution for Family and Community Development in the Asmarat
district of Mokattam to review the Inner wheel  Club of Lotus Misr
initiative, in collaboration with Inner wheel Clubs District 95, Egypt
and Jordan, for rooftop cultivation.

His Excellency expressed profound admiration for the project and its
impressive outcomes, affirming his commitment to supporting and
expanding rooftop cultivation initiatives to ensure their sustainability
and widespread implementation across the Asmarat district.

Dr. Khalil was graciously received by Mrs. Nazek Al-Alfi, founder of
Innerwheel  Club of Lotus Misr , alongside Mrs. Ashnadel Helmy, former
Chairman of Inner Wheel District 95, Egypt and Jordan, and Mrs. Maha
Khairy, current president of Inner Wheel Club of Lotus Misr .
