IWC of Petra Supports Children with Epidermolysis Bullosa
On Monday, February 9, 2026, the Inner Wheel Club of Petra, led by Mrs.
Mai Al-Masri, visited a family whose child (1 year 10 months) suffers
from Epidermolysis Bullosa. The visit included Mrs. Farah Al-Sharif,
President of the Butterfly Wings Organisation, and a pharmacist
specializing in wound care.
An awareness session was held to guide families—especially
mothers—on proper care, easing emotional stress, and improving the
child’s quality of life. IWC Petra also donated funds covering 12
field visits, along with medical supplies and educational materials,
reaffirming its commitment to supporting affected children and their
families.
