“An Open Dialogue” Seminar on Egyptian Identity by Inner Wheel Giza
Club
On Saturday, January 24, under the theme of the year “Step Up and Lead
by Example,” and aboard El Basha Club, the Inner Wheel Club of Giza ,
chaired by Mrs. Reem byand, in cooperation with the Lions Beverly Hills
Club, chaired by Mrs. Omnia Zaazou’, organized a cultural seminar
entitled “An Open Dialogue” with journalist and novelist Mr. Ibrahim
Eissa. The seminar discussed Egyptian identity and its cultural and
intellectual dimensions.
The seminar was moderated by Mr. Hisham Shalaby, a Board Member of the
District Council of Lions Clubs of Egypt.
The event was honored by the presence of the National Representative of
District95, Mrs. Samia Abou El-Fotouh, and the District Chairman, Mrs.
Hanaa El-Sadat, along with a number of prominent public figures and
presidents and members of Inner Wheel, Lions, and Rotary Clubs.
At the conclusion of the event, the Inner Wheel Club of Giza honored
the former District Chairman of District 95 Egypt & Jordan, Mrs. Hala
Hegras, by awarding her Honorary Membership, in recognition of her
distinguished role and outstanding efforts in supporting and serving
Inner Wheel Clubs in the district.
