Growing and Flourishing Through Giving
Under the theme, “Grow and Flourish,” the Inner Wheel Club of Petra,
led by President Mrs. Suha Khouri, and joined by members of the
Executive Committee, presented a donation to the King Hussein Cancer
Center on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, in support of its “Back to
School” Program.
The donation included four tablets and packages of school supplies,
helping provide children undergoing cancer treatment with essential
educational tools to continue their learning throughout their treatment
journey.
This initiative reflects the Inner Wheel Club of Petra’s commitment to
supporting children and contributing to meaningful humanitarian causes
that create a positive and lasting impact within the community.
During the visit, Mrs. Abeer Al-Maghrabi, Director of the Local
Individuals Fundraising & Development Department, and Mrs. Amal
Al-Sayegh, Senior Fundraising Coordinator, warmly welcomed the Club’s
representatives. In recognition of the contribution, the King Hussein
Cancer Center presented the Club with a special token of appreciation.
Made possible through the generous support of contributors, this
initiative beautifully embodies the spirit of “Grow and
Flourish”—demonstrating how giving can create lasting impact and
