District 94 Egypt and Jordan Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria
IWC of Alexandria Supports Pediatric Cancer Care
Under the theme “Step Up and Lead by Example,” and as part of its
ongoing commitment to supporting the treatment of underprivileged
children with cancer, the Inner Wheel Club of Alexandria, headed by Mrs.
Rhoda El Shazly, visited Borg El Arab University Hospital – Pediatric
Oncology Center on Monday, December 8, 2025.
During the visit, the club donated a cheque for the purchase of a
surgical lens, in addition to another cheque for the purchase of
chemotherapy medications, which are provided to patients free of charge.
Several club members participated in the visit and were received by Dr.
Mohamed Amin, Director of the Hospital, and Dr. Ahmed Abo Zeid, Director
of the Friends of Children with Cancer Association, who both expressed
their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Inner Wheel Club of
Alexandria for its meaningful contribution to supporting the treatment
of underprivileged children.
