Under the theme “Together We Grow and Flourish,” Inner Wheel Clubs
of Alexandria Mediterranean and Alexandria Cleopatra, led by Mrs. Hoda
Sorour and Mrs. Doaa Hamdy, participated in a seminar organized by
Rotary Club Alexandria Lighthouse, led by Mrs. Saji El-Shafei, on
“Saving Alexandria’s Beaches and Marine Life from Plastic
Pollution.”
The seminar highlighted the environmental impact of plastic pollution
and the importance of proper recycling and disposal to protect marine
life.
In the presence of Dr. Viola Ramsis, Deputy National Representative,
meaningful flag exchanges between Inner Wheel and Rotary symbolized
friendship and the beginning of cooperation for a cleaner and more
sustainable environment.
