Inner Wheel Club of Gezira Sporting Welcomes District Chairman
On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the Inner Wheel Club of Gezira Sporting was
honored to welcome Mrs. Hanaa El Sadat, Chairman of District 95 Egypt &
Jordan, at the club’s headquarters in Zamalek, under the presidency of
Dr. Asrar El Barki and in the presence of club members.
The meeting began with the Egyptian National Anthem, followed by warm
welcoming remarks to the distinguished guest and attendees. Dr. Asrar El
Barki, Club President, presented the club’s achievements and projects
during the 2025/2026 Inner Wheel year, highlighting its humanitarian and
social initiatives in support of underprivileged communities, medical
services provided, and the continuation of the club’s sustainable
projects.
Mrs. Hanaa El Sadat reviewed the club’s recreational and cultural
activities organized for members and for the students of Fatma El Zahraa
School in Waraq El Hadar, a school proudly sponsored by the club since
2004. This reflects the club’s ongoing commitment to supporting future
generations and spreading joy among children.
Dr. Asrar El Barki also highlighted this year’s major project, which
included the donation of an operating table and medical valves to Abu El
Reesh Hospital, supporting the healthcare system and helping provide
essential care for sick children.
In an atmosphere of warmth and appreciation, Dr. Asrar El Barki
presented a symbolic gift on behalf of the club and its members to Mrs.
Hanaa El Sadat in recognition of her dedicated leadership throughout the
Inner Wheel year. In return, Mrs. Hanaa El Sadat presented symbolic
gifts to the Club President and members in appreciation of their
outstanding efforts and continuous service.
The meeting reflected the strong spirit of friendship and cooperation,
reaffirming the importance of humanitarian and volunteer work and the
vital role of Inner Wheel Clubs in serving the community and supporting
those most in need
