Iftar for Orphans with Special Needs
IWC of Alexandria East organized an Iftar to raise community awareness
about the importance of caring for orphans with special needs and
supporting them psychologically and socially.
The Inner Wheel Club ofAlexandria East , led by Mrs. Magda Salam,
accompanied by Honorary Secretary Mrs. Nevine Shehayeb and Treasurer
Mrs. Jailan Mokhtar, invited 40 orphans residing at “Dar Al Hayah Lil
Jami'” (House of Life for All) to an Iftar meal on Sunday, March 15,
2026 (25th of Ramadan). These children have lived at the home since
childhood due to lack of other shelter.
The meal offered them care and attention, leaving a positive impact. The
