As part of the ongoing philanthropic efforts of the Inner Wheel Club of
El Shorouk, under the esteemed leadership of Mrs. Maha Bahgat, the club
has undertaken a number of impactful initiatives in support of education
and healthcare.
A total of EGP 30,000 was allocated to cover school tuition fees for
underprivileged students in Baltim, ensuring their continued access to
education. In addition, school bags were distributed to children in the
villages of Qalam Shah and Al-Ahrar in Alexandria, helping them start
the academic year with the necessary supplies.
In a heartfelt contribution to the healthcare sector, the club also
donated EGP 150,000 to the Children’s Cancer Hospital in Luxor, fully
furnishing and equipping three patient accommodation rooms, providing a
more comfortable and supportive environment for young patients and their
families during treatment.
