Building Future Generations: Craft and Design Training Initiative in
Damanhour
Beneficiaries 50 female students.
Under the theme”Step Up and Lead by Example”, and with the active
participation of the Inner Wheel Club of Damanhour, chaired by Mrs.
Zoeira El-Leqani, an initiative was held from October 19 to October 23.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education
and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, training was provided to 50 female
students from Damanhour Girls’ Industrial Secondary School.
The students received training in a variety of artisanal and creative
skills, including:
working with natural leather to create bags and leather accessories,
tailoring and sewing,
drawing and decorative arts on various materials,
jewelry making, bead-work bags, and resin crafts,
and utilizing different materials to produce practical, marketable
products.
The initiative aims to empower distinguished participants to become the
foundation for establishing a training center for future
generations—ensuring that the wheel of development continues and
expands to benefit many generations to come.
