Inner Wheel Clubs of Egypt and India Unite in Cairo
On Monday, October 20, 2025, under this year’s inspiring theme “Step
Up and Lead by Example”, the Inner Wheel Club of Sphinx, led by Ms.
Ghada Barakat, hosted a cordial meeting in Cairo with distinguished
guests from India: Ms. Nivedita Das, President of the Inner Wheel Club
of Pune Imperial (District 313), and Ms. Deva Das, Past President of the
Inner Wheel Club of Pune-Jeans.
The meeting was honored by the presence of Ms. Dalia Nour, Honorary
Secretary of District 95 (Egypt & Jordan), and served as a wonderful
opportunity to strengthen the bonds of international friendship and
collaboration.
A ceremonial exchange of flags between the clubs symbolized the shared
values and unity among Inner Wheel members across the globe. The warm
and friendly atmosphere reflected the spirit of mutual respect and the
desire for continued cooperation among Inner Wheel clubs worldwide.
We look forward to more such enriching encounters that bring together
women from different cultures, united in service, leadership, and
lasting friendship.
