9/6/2020 ESTABLISHING A PRODUCTIVE KITCHEN IN JERASH NORTH OF JORDAN

IWC of Petra continues to support projects to support women in rural areas in Jordan to obtain a sustainable income. The club donated a large monetary contribution to establish a productive kitchen in the city of Jerash in the North of Jordan, The facility is owned and supervised by two women from the local community.
The kitchen will offer organic products to sell. This project will go in partnership with BookAgri (A social enterprise dedicated to developing agricultural tourism by showcasing the rural Jordanian cuisine.
